What’s our Story?

Longmont, CO, with its inspiring setback views of Mt. Meeker & Longs Peak, is a hidden treasure trove of talented people rolling up our sleeves and making the things we love. We are the inspired community members who spend our time & talents making high quality products through hard work, care & integrity.

“Longmont Makers” is a coalition of these local craftspeople, artisans, and small independently-owned & operated manufacturers all living, working and doing business in Longmont, CO and the nearby surrounding areas.

Our mission is to support local maker/producers through organization, promotion & community outreach.

CraftHaüs Design, founder of “Longmont Makers” has 30 years design & marketing experience focusing on consumer goods. And yes, we are also part of the maker community here in Longmont designing & producing bespoke amplified lifestyle speakers under the Heinsenfolg moniker.

Who Are the Makers?

We are the woodworkers, cabinet & furniture makers, brewers, distillers & culinary artisans, CNCers, metalworkers & finishers producing locally-made goods to the public. We are your creative neighbors handcrafting beautiful objets d’art using clay, thread & textiles, wood, metal, electronics, etc. as our mediums.

In short, if you make any quality product(s) right here in the Longmont area that you sell directly to the public, then you are a Longmont Maker!
