MMMixer: craft cocktail + culinary pairing events
The social media strategy for these self-produced events included a robust mix of exquisite food & cocktail photography that we shot onsite at partner eateries & craft distilleries. This was combined with the bold, yet distinct typographical look that became a hallmark of all our culinary pairing event brands.
Facebook posts & ads utilizing this content were evaluated, then promoted/expanded based on metricized traction. Twitter & Instagram platforms followed suit based on the effectiveness of how sales figures aligned to the Facebook successes.
BrüFrou: craft beer + culinary pairing events
With 120 pairing partners making each BrüFrou the largest chef & craft brewer pairing event in the country, we leveraged the power of its rich partner network through social media & other digital outlets.
At the beginning of each event cycle we produced social media & digital marketing mixers for our partners' marketing directors. These gatherings focused on educational best practices for strategy, content creation & cross-promotional brainstorming— and of course, they were great opportunities to network for further engagement.
Additionally, we were able to leverage social media through national touring music artists including: The Mowgli's, Horseshoes & Hand Grenades and Zach Deputy. Artists like the Mowgli's with their 1 million+ listeners on Spotify each month were promoted heavily to take advantage of their popularity.
